Oh my god..what an experience. I learned a ton. Rediscovered wines I had loved and forgotten.
Learned how to buy and hold lovely wines, met vintners with a passion for their grapes and
the complexity of wine growing.
As for the chefs. Nothing can be said but "MAGNIFIQUE". It was truely an edible feast with
food as the canvas and brilliant chefs the artists.
And as always kudos to the staff at Paws Up. The logistical nightmare of having a river float
and at the end of the experience a wine tasting at a remote and beautiful bend in the river is
completely beyond my comprehension. But there it was.
Paws Up outdid itself in the quality and presentation of this event. We shall always remember
this glorious experience and look forward to next year. Thank you again.
